At Sarita Chalet & Spa, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date are free of charge.
- You will not incur any penalty for canceling within this time frame.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equal to the first night of your stay.
- This applies to all cancellations, including no-shows.
No-show Policy
- In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice), the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the first night of your stay.
Amendments to Reservation
- If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
- While we will do our best to accommodate any changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
- If applicable, refunds for cancellations will be processed to the same payment method used for the original booking.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
