By booking a stay at Sarita Chalet & Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservation and Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer prior to check-in or payment at check-in.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice, and may vary depending on the season or availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of your stay.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are generally free of charge, but specific policies may apply based on your booking type.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night.

Identification Requirement

All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
The name on the reservation must match the identification provided.

Noise and Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment for all hotel patrons.Excessive noise or disruptive behavior, including parties, may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the hotel, including rooms, restaurants, and other public spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the property.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise specified.
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

Damages and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or items left behind in rooms.

Health and Safety

Guests are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of stay.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests displaying symptoms of illness.

Liability

Sarita Chalet & Spa is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay, including while using hotel facilities or services.
By staying at the hotel, guests agree to assume responsibility for their own safety.

Amendments to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on the hotel’s website.

Booking cancellation	At Sarita Chalet & Spa, we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are free of charge.
